Command increases all other skill damage by 24%. Power increases your Primary Attack damage by 24%.

Power and Command alternates states every nine seconds. In addition, your attacks have a 1.2% chance to decrease enemy attacks and movement speed by 35% for two seconds. Your attacks deal 6% increased damage for every two yards between you and the enemy hit.

Increases the speed of your Primary Attack by 16% and the damage of your Primary Attack by 2%.Increases all damage you deal by 16% and increases your Critical Hit Chance by 2%, but also increases all damage you take by 5%.This build focuses on crowd control and mobility to survive numerous enemies, as the Demon Hunter has naturally high damage, and doesn't need many different offensive tools. Solo Power Demon Hunter Solo / Torment Build Tailor your paragon stats to your gear needs, but once you gain solid footing with gear, you'll want more of a focus on critical damage since critical rating is so easy to acquire. Lastly, as far as paragon stats go, I use a mixture of Movement Speed/DEX, Critical Damage, Resist All, and Area Damage. In that case, you can remove Hungering Arrow entirely and add another support skill, or even Rain of Vengeance if you feel the need to have more AoE damage. If you happen to find one, your elemental arrows will no longer consume hatred, but restore it. The one legendary that could improve this build greatly is a Kridershot. For the first 30% of your enemy's health, you'll be doing 80% more damage, which will drop down to 40% for the remainder. If you decide to try playing on Torment 1 or higher, switch out Tactical Advantage for Cull the Weak, Preparation for Smoke Screen (Healing Vapors), and Bat Companion for Boar or Wolf Companion. Vengeance is also there for boss fights, bigger mob packs, higher game difficulties, or for when you find a Channeling Pylon in a nephalem rift. In nephalem rifts, you will find your Frost Arrows one-shotting most mob packs, allowing you to run through at maximum speed.īat Companion and Preparation are there to make sure that you never run out of resources. It is designed to vault or plow through enemies quickly so you can collect bounty reward boxes in an efficient manner. The best way to start at level 70 with this build is to run split bounties and nephalem rifts on normal. It doesn't require any legendaries to be effective, but better gear with Critical Damage, Critical Rating, and +% to Elemental Arrow and Cold Skills make it extremely powerful. This build is a fantastic build for players who are just starting out on their level 70 adventures.
